When do you restock?
Restocks have no particular time period. As long as you subscribe and check this website, you will be up-to-date!

What if my purchase is damaged or delayed?
Each product is packaged with love and care. I package my products as safely as I can. If your product is damaged, please email me photos within 7 days.
Each piece is unique, but I will try my hardest to replace what is damaged with something as similar as possible or full/partial refund can be given.
Once orders are placed, I do my best to get them out within 3 days. I can never guarantee timing once the shipment is out of my hands.

Do you accept returns?
Please make your purchases carefully while all sales are final. Returns may be made only if the wrong item was shipped to you.

Where do you ship?
As of right now, I currently ship only in the United States, but eventually hope to expand beyond that!

What if I am local?
While I work in Kennett Square, PA, I am occasionally in Scranton, PA. If these locations apply to you, please email, me and we can set up a pickup location, date, and time.

How do I care for these items?
Most pots are dishwasher and microwave safe. Each product contains a description where you can find if your item is not dishwasher or microwave friendly. Certain pieces may not be due to decals, glass, or a glaze that may be affected. Hand-washing is always recommended. Do not put into microwave for more than 3 minutes at a time.
